O semin\u00e1rio tem sido uma ferramenta essencial na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de vocacionados. Contudo, muitas vezes h\u00e1 um distanciamento entre o semin\u00e1rio e a igreja. Alguns pastores enxergam no semin\u00e1rio uma forma de terceirizar da forma\u00e7\u00e3o pastoral.
