Ent\u00e3o, era algo que fazia parte da cultura. Eu cresci acreditando que as coisas eram assim. Minha m\u00e3e me levava para a missa todos os dias, mas eu n\u00e3o tinha ouvidos para ouvir o evangelho. Ent\u00e3o, eu s\u00f3 me tornei crist\u00e3 quando eu estava com quase 30 anos de idade durante uma viagem para a \u00c1frica do Sul.<\/p>\n<p>Nesse \u00ednterim, eu tive uma experi\u00eancia em um minist\u00e9rio de jovens em que o pastor assediou as jovens mulheres. Ent\u00e3o, eu o denunciei, eu causei pol\u00eamica na igreja e eu pensei: &#8220;acabou&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>No meu entendimento, eu j\u00e1 tinha visto de tudo no Cristianismo, desde o catolicismo at\u00e9 uma forma anti-b\u00edblica de pentecostalismo, e eu estava farta. Ent\u00e3o, eu fui para a faculdade, comecei a me envolver com estudos femininos e eles me deram a &#8220;resposta&#8221;. Eles disseram: &#8220;O problema s\u00e3o os homens. O problema \u00e9 o sistema. O problema \u00e9 o patriarcado&#8221;, e eu acreditei.<\/p>\n<p>Eu tinha raiva, mas na verdade eu tinha uma vida boa. Eu n\u00e3o tinha motivos para estar estar com raiva. S\u00f3 que isso era uma barreira na hora que voc\u00ea quer namorar um homem ao mesmo tempo em que tem raiva e fica dizendo que eles s\u00e3o o problema. Eles acabam n\u00e3o querendo chamar voc\u00ea para sair. Eu n\u00e3o ligava os pontos.
