Nessa perspectiva, 1 Tessalonicenses 2.7-8 \u00e9 um texto a que deve ser prestada m\u00e1xima aten\u00e7\u00e3o. Pastorear \u00e9 muito mais que desempenhar fun\u00e7\u00f5es, \u00e9 compartilhar a vida com a congrega\u00e7\u00e3o. Paulo diz algo interessante: \u00e9 preciso ter muita convic\u00e7\u00e3o do desejo de ser pastor.<\/span><\/p>\n

As principais ansiedades dos pastores antes de iniciarem seus minist\u00e9rios s\u00e3o: o medo de n\u00e3o saber pastorear; o medo de ensinar coisas erradas, uma vez que \u00e9 muito f\u00e1cil desviar-se do caminho correto; ser med\u00edocre e tornar-se ref\u00e9m da igreja; passar por mudan\u00e7as teol\u00f3gicas, principalmente ao se conhecer a f\u00e9 reformada.<\/span><\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, jovens pastores geralmente passam pelas seguintes dificuldades: n\u00e3o ter tempo para atender a igreja; lidar com pessoas e como aplicar ao cora\u00e7\u00e3o delas a palavra pregada no p\u00falpito; n\u00e3o ter presb\u00edteros para lhes ajudar; e at\u00e9 saber o rumo correto, mas n\u00e3o conseguir coloc\u00e1-lo em pr\u00e1tica, seja quais forem os motivos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Contudo, pastores rec\u00e9m-formados devem se lembrar de quem n\u00e3o s\u00e3o seus inimigos. Primeiro, pouca experi\u00eancia n\u00e3o \u00e9 problema. Da mesma forma, poucos recursos tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o s\u00e3o, nem poucas pessoas. O tempo tamb\u00e9m n\u00e3o \u00e9 seu inimigo. E, acima de tudo, sua fam\u00edlia n\u00e3o \u00e9 um empecilho.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ent\u00e3o quem s\u00e3o os seus inimigos? Dentre eles, podemos citar: falta de maturidade, falta de empenho (o famoso <\/span>empurrar com a barriga<\/span><\/i>), falta de lideran\u00e7a, falta de treinamento adequado, modelo errado de governo da igreja (carregar a igreja nas costas), querer mudar o mundo sozinho e esquecer que liderar \u00e9 servir. Minist\u00e9rio significa servi\u00e7o.<\/span><\/p>\n

Eis aqui alguns alertas para aqueles que almejam o pastorado.<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. As pessoas o evitar\u00e3o \u2014 s\u00f3 porque voc\u00ea \u00e9 o pastor. Pelos mais diversos motivos, talvez por m\u00e1 interpreta\u00e7\u00e3o, mas acontecer\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. As pessoas v\u00e3o esperar que voc\u00ea esteja sempre dispon\u00edvel.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. O empenho pode trazer recompensas, mas pode sacrificar voc\u00ea e sua fam\u00edlia. Faz parte do minist\u00e9rio observar como sua fam\u00edlia est\u00e1.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Voc\u00ea ter\u00e1 que liderar pessoas. As pessoas esperam que voc\u00ea lhes diga para onde ir, pois voc\u00ea conhece as Escrituras e esperam sua orienta\u00e7\u00e3o com base na Palavra.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Pessoas deixar\u00e3o a sua igreja, e voc\u00ea vai achar que \u00e9 pessoal.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Voc\u00ea vai comparar seu minist\u00e9rio e sua igreja com outros \u2014 e sempre vai sair perdendo.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Ataques de dentro da igreja sempre ser\u00e3o piores e mais dolorosos do que os de fora dela.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Seus mentores n\u00e3o vir\u00e3o a voc\u00ea. \u00c9 seu dever correr atr\u00e1s deles caso n\u00e3o os tenha dispon\u00edveis em sua igreja para aprender com a experi\u00eancia deles.<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Voc\u00ea vai lutar contra o pessimismo, a amargura e, talvez, depress\u00e3o. O minist\u00e9rio da vida real \u00e9 muito diferente do que se v\u00ea na internet.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Cuidado para n\u00e3o crer que seu sucesso \u00e9 medido pelo n\u00famero de pessoas que voc\u00ea consegue reunir. Ser proativo n\u00e3o \u00e9 term\u00f4metro do sucesso de um minist\u00e9rio diante de Deus.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Voc\u00ea nunca ser\u00e1 bom o bastante. Algu\u00e9m sempre o criticar\u00e1. N\u00e3o se espante quando isso acontecer, pois voc\u00ea realmente n\u00e3o \u00e9 bom o suficiente. A obra de Deus, sim, \u00e9 a suficiente.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Sua fam\u00edlia ser\u00e1 profundamente impactada por seu minist\u00e9rio \u2014 para melhor ou para pior.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Sem um curso de semin\u00e1rio, provavelmente voc\u00ea ser\u00e1 considerado inferior. Apesar de n\u00e3o ser essencial, \u00e9 muito importante.<\/span><\/li>\n
  14. Dinheiro pode ser um problema, principalmente no in\u00edcio.<\/span><\/li>\n
  15. Talvez voc\u00ea tenha de mudar de cidade v\u00e1rias vezes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  16. Quando voc\u00ea muda de igreja, voc\u00ea deixa mais que um simples trabalho para tr\u00e1s.<\/span><\/li>\n
  17. Batalha espiritual \u00e9 uma realidade. N\u00e3o a batalha como se imagina popularmente, mas n\u00e3o subestime o diabo e suas artimanhas. Seja um homem de ora\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n
  18. Voc\u00ea pensar\u00e1 em desistir muitas vezes.<\/span><\/li>\n
  19. O pastoreio \u00e9 uma das coisas mais dif\u00edceis que voc\u00ea far\u00e1 (1Tm 3.1). A excel\u00eancia da tarefa vai exigir a sua vida.<\/span><\/li>\n
  20. Sempre vai valer a pena! Ver os frutos do trabalho e vidas sendo mudadas \u00e9 recompensador.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
